Aditi is a self confessed animal lover and she campaigned for tiger conservation through a Bittu Sahgal initiative.

The actress confirmed, "Helping save tigers and the environment with people who have worked relentlessly and passionately in that direction was the best way to spend my birthday. I feel so inspired and lucky to have been a part of this."

She was given a warm welcome in the form of a performance of the folk dance – Chhau and a play staged by the locals especially for her.

Currently the actress is back in the city and is missing Poltu a dog she befriended during the trip. The actress will be seen in the upcoming Fitoor next year.
