Balika Vadhu actress Pratyusha Banerjee commits suicide

Mumbai, Apr 1 (IBNS) Actress Pratyusha Banerjee committed suicide in Mumbai on Friday, reports said.

She was known for her performance as Anandi in TV serial ‘Balika Vadhu’.

The actress was reportedly taken to Kokilaben Hospital where she was declared dead.

She was 24 when death came.

Mourning her death actress Sophie Choudry tweeted: "So shocked to hear about #pratyushabanerjee suicide..Makes me think of Nafisa & Jiah. All beautiful, talented girls. This is Heartbreaking."

AAP leader Dr Kumar Vishvas said: "Such a sad end of a bubbly,energetic n talented town girl Pratyusha Banerjee,Indian TV will always miss you "Anandi".RIP."
