Mumbai, Nov 16 (IBNS): Farhan Akhtar has been referring to Amitabh Bachchan as 'Panditji' on and off screen.
Farhan Akhtar and Amitabh Bachchan have manged to form a bond during the shooting of their upcoming film Wazir.

As Big B's character in the film is called 'Panditji', Farhan has now begun referring to the veteran actor as 'Panditji' off screen as well.

Be it during meetings or conversations over phone, Farhan has been referring to Bachchan Senior as per his reel name.

This trend is highly visible on social media too, as Farhan often refers to him as Panditji.

Both the actors bonded strongly on the sets and have been carrying their relationship forward ever since.

Wazir written by Abhijaat Joshi and Vindhu Vinod Chopra will see Farhan Akhtar slipping into the role of an ATS cop alongside super star Amitabh Bachchan.

Directed by Bejoy Nambiar and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Wazir is slated to release on Jan 8, 2016.
