Sidharth Malhotra follows diet every day

Mumbai, Jan 10 (IBNS) Bollywood young hearththrob Sidharth Malhotra follows his diet, even during celebrations

Sidharth Malhotra has been shooting for his upcoming film Brothers for which he has undergone a drastic look change.

While he was not in a shooting schedule during Christmas and New Year, Sidharth had to continue keeping up with his diet and exercise regime.

Sidharth has been essaying the role of a wrestler in his upcoming film Brothers.

Sidharth has undergone an entire look change and has been on a specific diet where he needs to eat in the span of every 3 hours.

He has a stringent 6 meal plan which is high on protein. He has to eat measured portions of meals which include meat, eggs, soya bean, vegetables, paneer.

Infact most of his food is boiled or with minimum oil and herbs.

Sidharth also had an extensive workout regime which he had to follow all along.
