Teraa Surroor is an edge-of-the-seat thriller: Himesh in Kolkata

Accompanied with his heroine Farah Karimaee, Reshammiya said Teraa Surroor is the much awaited second instalment of "surroor" brand of movies.

In a casting coup of sort, he has roped in Shekhar Kapur and Naseeruddin Shah to play two key characters in the film which also features Monica Dogra, Kabir Bedi and Shernaz Patel.

This is the tenth film in which Himesh Reshammiya has acted while he said it is also the 100th he has been doing in collaboration in with T-Series.
 
 Apart from playing the lead role in the film, Himesh has sung four songs in the film and have also composed the music of the same.

"The film has songs like Teri Yaad, Wafa Ne Bewafai, Bekhudi and many more which will surely be loved by the cine-goers," he said.

 Dwelling on the storyline of the film, he said Teraa Surroor is about a gangster called Raghu (Himesh Reshammiya) who is head over heels in love with a girl played by European supermodel Fara Karimaee.

Raghu's girlfriend Tara ( Fara Karimaee) is wrongly framed in a messy drug racket in Dublin by Anirudh Brahmin whose identity and  intentions are unknown.

Himesh aka Raghu is helped by Shekhar Kapur and Naseeruddin Shah in his mission to rescue Tara.

 Naseeruddin Shah's character aids Raghu to get her out of the mess.

Calling the film an edge-of-the-seat thriller, he says it will keep the audience guessing till the very end about who the bad guy in the movie is.

 The film releases on March 11, 2016.
