AB de Villiers hits unbeaten 76, bowlers put up all-round show as RCB defeat KKR by 38 runs

Chennai: South African veteran AB de Villiers smashed unbeaten 76 while Glenn Maxwell hammered 78 as Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 38 runs in an Indian Premier League match here on Sunday.

Royal Challengers Bangalore scored 204 runs for the loss of four wickets and then restricted KKR at 166 runs for the loss of eight wickets after 20 overs.

Varun Chakravarthy picked up two wickets for KKR.

Kyle Jamieson picked up three wickets and Mohammed Siraj bowled economically as RCB beat KKR quite comfortably at the end.

Andre Russell remained the top scorer for KKR with 31 runs knock.
