After Rohit Sharma, now Virat Kohli hit at nets ahead of T20 World Cup semi final

In another injury scare, Team India star batter Virat Kohli was hit at the nets just a day ahead of the T20 World Cup semi final.

Kohli was hit on his groin area by a delivery from Harshal Patel while Team India was on the ground for practice.

Though Kohli was down on his knees for some time, he soon got up and started warming up.

Reports said the batter looked fine and the injury scare subsided with the star cricketer getting back to practice.

In a similar situation, India captain Rohit Sharma was on Monday hit on his right forearm when he was taking throw-downs from specialist S Raghu.

After more than half-an-hour, Rohit resumed batting at the nets, bringing a sigh of relief in the India camp.

India stormed into the semi final with four wins including the improbable one against Pakistan, leading the Group 2 chart.

India will take on England in the second semi final match scheduled to be played on Thursday.
