Asian Games: India settle for bronze in sepaktakraw
Palembang, Aug 21 (IBNS): Creating history, India clinched a bronze medal in the men’s team regu event of sepaktakraw here on Tuesday.
This was India's first medal in the sepaktakraw sports in the history of the game.
India settled for bronze after the side was defeated by Thailand in the semi-finals clash.
Thailand defeated India by 2-0 margin in the match.
Thailand is considered as a powerhouse in the game.
