ATP rankings: Roger Federer replaces Andy Murray as number 2 player
New York, May 9 (IBNS): Swiss Tennis legend Roger Federer on Monday replaced Andy Murray as the number two ranked player in the world, the latest ATP rankings released said.
With 7,525 points, the 34-year-old reached the second spot.
Andy Murray stood in the third place.
Murray was defeated by Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic in the Madrid Masters final.
Novak continued to hold the first spot with 16,550 points.
