Chess World Cup Final 2023: Praggnanandhaa and Magnus Carlsen draw in 2nd match
Baku: India’s 18-year-old chess sensation R Praggnanandhaa has once again drawn with world No. 1 Magnus Carlsen after over one hour of intense competition in the second game of the Chess World Cup Final in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku.

Previously, an popular figure in Indian chess had anticipated that Carlsen, who was playing the white pieces, could go for a draw. Analysts pointed out that Carlsen's strategy was influenced by his struggle with food poisoning. This led him to extend the game to the third day to achieve better physical condition and focus.
