Cheteshwar Pujara is now a 'happy' father

Baroda, Feb 23 (IBNS):  Indian Test cricketer Cheteshwar Pujara is happy to welcome a new member to their family.

Pujara's wife Puja gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday.

He said he was excited the play new role of being a father.

Welcoming her, Pujara tweeted: " Welcome lil one. Excited and super happy for the new roles in our lives. We made a wish and she came true!."

Pujara is a regular member of the Indian Test team.

He recently played the Test series against South Africa for his national side.
