Delhi Dynamos FC to face Skene IF on Sunday

New Delhi, Sept 12 (IBNS): After an impressive display of football from Delhi Dynamos in both their pre season games, it’s time for their third one.

The game will be their last pre season friendly in Sweden but definitely not their last pre season game of the tour.

Delhi Dynamos will play against Skene IF on Sept 13.

Skene IF, founded in 1921, is one of the oldest teams in Sweden. The Swedish team will be lead by their head coach Ethem Muameleci.

The Delhi Dynamos family were unlucky in their pre season games so far but have shown glimpses of their quality despite having very little time to train. The team put up a strong fight against Varberg BoI S and BK Hacken.

Roberto Carlos’ men have been working deligently to condition themselves for the second season of the Indian Super League and hope to win their maiden title this year.

The Dynamos feature a host of Indian and International players such as Florent Malouda , John Arne Riise ,Toni Doblas , Robin Singh, Sehnaj Singh,Hans Mulder, Gustavo dos Santos and Adil Nabi making them strong contenders for this year’s trophy.

“It's always good to have friendlies on preseason with teams who are already finishing their own season. It's harder but it's good to challenge the players and make them work hard to give their best. This is our last game in Sweden and even though we didn't win the friendlies so far, I'm very happy with their commitment. As I always say, preseason is the perfect timing to get in shape and along with your teammates," said the DDFC manager Roberto Carlos.
