Educate your son, T20 skipper Surya Kumar Yadav's strong message to fans on RG Kar rape-murder horror

Indian T20 skipper Surya Kumar Yadav has broken his silence on the Kolkata doctor rape and murder incident and in his strong message to his fans advised them to educate the male members of the family.

In his message posted on Instagram story, Surya first wrote "Protect your daughter." Then stricking down the sentence he wrote "Educate your son".

He then says other male members of the family which include brothers, fathers, husbands, and friends also need to be educated.

Kolkata doctor rape and murder

Stunned and shocked, India is protesting against the rape and murder of the PG trainee doctor in Kolkata's state-run RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.

Kolkata, which is currently epicentre of the protests, has been witnessing regular demonstrations from all sections of society who are demanding justice for the victim.
