Jos Buttler signs joins Sydney Thunder for BBL

Sydney, Nov 25 (IBNS): Jos Buttler has signed with Australian side Sydney Thunder for the upcoming  BBL season.

The English player has been signed by the side for the first half of the upcoming KFC Big Bash League.

“I’m really excited. I’ve played in the BBL once before, ahead of England’s last ODI tour to Australia,” Buttler was quoted as saying by the club website.

“I’ve watched the competition go from strength to strength to become one of the best competitions in the world," he said.

Buttler has made 174 appearances for England across all formats.
