Man finds no seat despite having IPL ticket worth Rs. 4,500 in SRH-CSK match. What happens next?

Hyderabad/IBNS: No matter how much the internet offers free streaming of cricket matches, when it comes to watch it live with thousands of people in the stadium, the experience remains unmatched.

Junaid Ahmed, a fan of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, bought a ticket worth Rs. 4,500 to watch the Sunrisers Hyderabad-Chennai Super Kings match at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

But what he encountered at the stadium on Friday was shocking.

Junaid's enthusiasm to cheer the visiting team was dashed just in a moment when he discovered there is no chair allotted in the number mentioned in his ticket.

In his row, there was no J-66 seat, the number printed on his ticket. When the volunteers came to check, they too were shocked to see how J-66 was missing in between J-65 and J-67.

At last, Junaid claimed to watch the match, which was anyway lost by CSK, standing!

Seeking a refund and compensation, the cricket fan posted on X, "Disappointed that I’ve booked a ticket and seat Number was J66 in Stand. Sorry state that seat doesn’t exist and had to stand and enjoy the game. Do I get a refund and compensation for this."

But in a follow up post, Junaid said the missing seat was later found during the innings break. He said the missing seat was placed between J69 and J70.

He writes, "The missing seat was found in the innings break, between J69-70 ! Someone mixed it up."
