London: Former England captain Michael Vaughan on Sunday predicted India 'to win' the thrilling World T20 encounter against Pakistan.

Vaughan made the remark on Twitter just an hour before the start of the match.

However, he cautioned that Pakistan might beat any team in the Sharjah condition.

Spectators in both the nations  are bubbling with enthusiasm to witness the high-octane game.

"India should be too strong for Pakistan today .. But this Pakistan team in these conditions could beat anyone .. Hearing 1 Billion will be watching globally .. India to win .. #India vs Pakistan #T20WorldCup," Vaughan tweeted.

India have so far defeated Pakistan in all World Cup encounters.

MS Dhoni-led India defeated Pakistan in the final of the World T20 in 2007 to lift the inaugural title in South Africa.
