"Welcome to the world beautiful Girl. So grateful for your safe arrival and the exciting journey ahead," Kane wrote in his emotional post on Instagram where he also shared an image of the newborn.

Australian World Cup-winning player David Warner wished Kane and wrote in the comment section: "Congrats legend."

Under Kane's leadership, New Zealand reached the final of the World Cup 2019 in England.

Kane welcomed their third child just days after Indian star Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma became parents for the second time.

Virat and Anushka welcomed their son on February 15.

They have named their baby boy 'Akaay'.
