Nothing comes close to playing in whites: Virat Kohli lauds Test cricket

Mumbai/IBNS: Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli may have set multiple records on all formats of the game but Test cricket still continues to be the ultimate form of the sport.

Kohli on Wednesday took to Twitter to share a couple of pictures where the skipper can be seen in action on field wearing the Test jerseys.

He captioned the pictures saying, "Nothing comes close to playing an intense game in whites. What a blessing to be able to play test cricket for India."

Kohli, who made his Test debut against West Indies in 2011, scored over 7,000 runs in 86 Tests.

The skipper, who is often perceived as the batsman who can break Sachin Tendulkar's world record 100 hundreds in international cricket, has hit 27 tons in the longest format of cricket so far.
