India's double medal winner Manu Bhaker missed winning the third after she finished fourth in the  Women's 25m Pistol event at the Paris Olympics 2024 on Saturday.

Manu came closer to victory and just missed the medal by a whisker to Hungary's Veronika Major in a 3rd/4th place elimination shoot-off.

After Series 8, both the shooters were tied at 28.

A shoot-off decided the final winner of the match.

Major ended four shots on the target while Manu shot only three to get eliminated.

India shooters have so far shined in the Paris Olympics.

Sarabjot Singh, Swapnil Kusale won the bronze medal in the men's 50m rifle 3P event, with India so far bagging three medals and all of them were clinched by shooters.

Swapnil Kusale was the first shooter from India to win a medal in the men's 50m rifle 3P event.
