Pinki Jangra wins bronze
Glasgow, Aug 1 (IBNS) Indian boxer Pinki Jangra settled for the bronze after losing the semi-final bout to Michaela Walsh of Northern Ireland in women’s 51kg category boxing at the 20th Commonwealth Games here on Friday.
Judge A gave 38 each points to the two boxers.
Judge B gave the Indian boxer 36 points while her opponent got 40.
Indian boxer got 37 points from the judge C while her opponent got 39.
This was India's first medal from boxing this year.
