London/IBNS: In a stunning comeback after trailing 0-2, Chelsea sealed their victory 4-3 against Tottenham Hotspur in a Premier League match on Sunday.

A couple of successful penalty shots by Cole Palmer [at 61st and 84th minutes] helped Chelsea majorly to maintain their winning streak in the competition.

The fourth consecutive win now secured Chelsea's place at the second spot in the points table.

The fifth most successful English football club is just behind the table topper Liverpool with 31 points.

Dominic Solanke and Dejan Kulusevski offered Tottenham early advantage with goals at the 5th and 11th minute respectively.

Jadon Sancho reduced Tottenham's lead by scoring a goal at the 17th minute but Chelsea failed to square all the scorecard at half time.

In between the two penalties, Enzo Fernandez struck a goal to help Chelsea take the lead for the first time in the match.

If Tottenham hadn't missed a close chance towards the very end of the match, the scoreline could have remained even as Tottenham's Son Heung-min scored the team's third goal in the match in the extra time.

Reacting to Chelsea's turnaround, Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca, "I think, overall, even in the first half, I think we were in control of the game unless the moments where we conceded the two goals.

"But we created chances. We scored one but we could score more and then in the second half, I think we were very good. We created chances, scored and we deserved to win the game."
