Ravi Shastri unveils Urbana's new clubhouse Club Urbana

The Club Urbana is spread across one lakh square feet. It provides all kinds of sports facilities to the residents of Urbana.

The Club House has three floors, ground floor, B1 and B2 levels.

The club house on the ground floor is offering people and the residents with restaurant and bar. Along with the restaurant and bar, there are conference hall, two swimming pools, toddler room.

In the B1 level, a multi-purpose hall and an auditorium are present in an approx. 2,900 sq. ft.

The Sports hall, which was unveiled by Shastri, is in the B2 level.The B2 level comprises of four badminton courts, one netball court and a basketball court.

Gym, indoor games room, two squash courts are also present in the B2 level of the club house.

Speaking about the Club Urbana, Shastri said: "This is fabulous. It is providing a good sporting facilities. People who work in the corporate sectors and different fields can avail these facilities. I am amazed to see this. I wouldn't have imagined such facilities 15 years ago in Kolkata. It is fabulous indeed."

"It is great to see lot of residences (in Urbana) have already been sold and many people have started staying here" the Indian head coach added.

Speaking on the occasion, Urbana director Pradeep Sureka said: "We are overjoyed to showcase Club Urbana, so that they can see the opulence that Urbana has always spoken about."

"Urbana has given the residents a world class living environment, complete with all amenities and lush greenery," Sureka said.
