Kolkata, Dec 8 (IBNS): Kolkata's football giant Mohun Bagan has appointed A License holder Sanjoy Sen as the club's new coach for the remaining part of the season, officials said on Monday.

General Secretary Anjan Kumar Mitra was quoted as saying by mohunbaganac.com: "We had shortlisted few names for the position of Chief Coach for our football team, but under current circumstances, Sanjoy Sen fits the bill perfectly. The Technical Committee Members also readily agreed with the decision."

"Sanjoy Sen has worked with a lot of juniors in the past and is a very good coach who can mix nicely with the players nicely and has also ably handled several star players in the past," said Mitra.
