Kolkata, May 13 (IBNS): Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who is also the owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders, flew down to Kolkata for the first time to support his team in the tenth edition of the Indian Premier League on Saturday.

Khan was not seen much on the playing ground supporting his team in this season of IPL except in one early match of the tournament, because of other commitments.

KKR, meanwhile, playing their last league match at Eden Gardens against Mumbai Indians and a win would promote them to the top two, the position from which they had just slipped down after the victory of Sunrisers Hyderabad against Gujarat Lions, on Saturday.

KKR is currently having 16 points, while Mumbai Indians tops the list with 18 points.
