U-19 Cooch Behar Trophy: Pondicherry lead by 115 runs on Day 2

Srinagar/IBNS: Pondicherry gained a first innings lead of 115 runs with three wickets in hand on Tuesday against J&K during the match's second day

Resuming the play from an overnight score of 93 for the loss of one wicket, Pondicherry ended with 320 for the loss of seven wickets at Kandukuri Cricket Academy, Vizag.

Neyan Kangayan scored a 180 run knock, while Nitin Pranaav scored 84 for Pondicherry.

J&K's Ranjot Singh and skipper Muhammad Manzir took three wickets each.

Earlier, Jammu and Kashmir got bundled for 205 runs in their first innings.

Shivansh Sharma kept the blowtorch on by getting 110 runs on board.

Yuvraj Saini who scored 21 and Ranjot Singh with 19 were the next best scorers in the J&K innings.

Jyothi Swaroop and S Sacheitan took three wickets each for Pondicherry.
