Congress-sponsored shutdown in Bengal evokes partial response

Kolkata, Aug 18 (IBNS) A dawn-to-dusk strike called by the Congress in West Bengal on Tuesday evoked mixed response as police detained hundreds of supporters of the state's opposition party allegedly for forcing to shut business and transport.
