Pakistan: Doctor shot dead in Karachi
Karachi, May 9 (IBNS): Unidentified gunmen shot dead a doctor near his clinic in Pakistan's Karachi city on Saturday, media reports said.
The gunmen arrived at the spot on motorcycle and opened fire at the man.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Central Captain Chaudhry Asad Ali was quoted as saying by Dawn News that Dr Anwar Ali Abidi and another person sustained injuries when assailants opened fire at the doctor's clinic in Paposh, Nazimabad.
The doctor later succumbed to his injury.
