Pakistan's Rwadari Tehreek organizes Equality March in Lahore, demands equal status for all citizens

Activists of Pakistan's Rwadari Tehreek organized an ‘Equality March’ on August 11 in front of the Lahore Press Club to demand for equal status for all citizens.

The rally was held under the chairmanship of Samson Salamat, Chairman Rwadari Tehreek, Pakistan.

The Rwadari Tehreek, Pakistan highlighted the following demands.

Equal status of all citizens in the constitution regardless of religion.

Abolish all kinds of discriminatory practices and provisions in the constitution, legal frameworks and public policies.

Stop criminal acts of forced conversions and violent as well as non-violent ways of Harassment
