Assam Rifles jawan held for teasing a girl

Kolkata/Howrah, Mar 18 (IBNS): Howrah City Police on Friday afternoon booked one man from Howrah Station Bus stand area near Kolkata for allegedly misbehaving with a girl, reports said.

According to reports, the man, who claimed to be an Assam Rifles jawan, was teasing a girl for minutes. The girl informed an on duty traffic personnel about the incident and the cop immediately detained the accused.

Police from Golabari Police Station came to the spot later and arrested the accused jawan.

More details are awaited.
