New Delhi/UNI: Congress President Sonia Gandhi is likely to be questioned by the ED on Tuesday, sources said.

The Congress President, who was earlier said to appear before the ED on July 25, was informed that her questioning was postponed, said a source.

She is likely to appear before the ED on July 26 now.

Sonia Gandhi was questioned by the ED for 2-3 hours on Thursday.

Party leader Rahul Gandhi has already appeared for questioning at the ED for five days and has been questioned for over 50 hours.

As per the complaint filed in the court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, the Associated Journals Limited (AJL) took an interest-free loan of Rs 90.25 crore from the Indian National Congress, which was not paid back.

Congress has maintained there is no money laundering involved and has called the summon a politically motivated move by the Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre.
