Denitist beaten to death in Delhi, eight arrested

New Delhi, Mar 25 (IBNS) A dentist was beaten to death in west Delhi's Vikaspuri on Thursday, around midnight, following a scuffle, according to reports.

The dentist, identified as Pankaj Narang, was standing outside his home, when two men riding a motorcycle brushed past him. After a brief fight, the two men, one of which was a minor, left the place and came back later with several others and attacked Narang.

Several minors were said to have been involved in the incident.

The attackers also thrashed others who tried pacifying them.

Narang was declared dead by doctors upon his arrival in the hospital.

The Delhi Police have arrested eight people, including the riders.
