Modi makes promises and then goes away: Gandhi

Guwahati, Mar 29 (IBNS) Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday attacked the Centre and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said he only makes promises.

"Modi ji comes, makes promises & then goes away," Gandhi said.
 

The assembly poll in the state will be held on April 4 and 11 in two phases.
