Raees hits silverscreen

Mumbai, Jan 25 (IBNS): The first major release of the year 'Raees', featuring superstar Shah Rukh Khan, hit the silver screen on Wednesday.

The movie has been  directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Gauri Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under their banners Red Chillies Entertainment and Excel Entertainment.

It stars Shah Rukh Khan, Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

The official Twitter handle of the movie posted: "The reign of #Raees begins! Book your tickets now : http://bit.ly/RaeesBMS  @iamsrk #RaeesDay."

Raees also features Sunny Leone who thrilled her fans with her item number avatar.

The Bollywood world is witnessing a clash between two titans as Hrithik Roshan's 'Kaabil' also hit the silver screen on Wednesday.
