Sachin: A Billion Dreams hits Indian silverscreen

Mumbai, May 26 (IBNS): The much awaited movie of the year Sachin: A Billion Dreams, based on the life of cricket's living legend Sachin Tendulkar, hit the silverscreen across India on Friday.

Bollywood celebrities to cricketers like Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma to Virat Kohli had attended the premiere of the movie on Wednesday.

The movie has released across 2800 screens across the globe, including India.

"#SachinABillionDreams screen count...India: 2400 Overseas: 400," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

He also appreciated the movie and said: "#OneWordReview...#SachinABillionDreams: Superb A journey worth experiencing... Entertains. Enthralls. Enlightens. "

The movie has been appreciated by Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan who posted: "T 2435 - 'SACHIN a Billion dreams' movie last night ..filled with pride and emotion .. मैं उस देश का वासी हूँ जिस देश में Sachin बहता है !!!"

Sachin: A billion dreams, written and directed by James Erskine and produced by Ravi Bhagchandka and Carnival Motion Pictures under 200 NotOut Productions.
