Shraddha, Arjun's Half Girlfreind hits movie screen today

Mumbai, May 19 (IBNS): Actors Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor's latest movie 'Half Girlfreind', another movie adaptation of Indian writer Chetan Bhagat's novel of the same name, released across India on Friday.

The trailer of the movie had gained serious interest in viewers since it hit the internet last month.

Shradda urged her fans to watch the movie as she posted a message on her Twitter page: "t's release day! Don't forget to watch #HalfGirlfriend with your better half and participate in the #HalfGirlfriend contest on @roposolove."

Arjun, playing the role of a rural boy from Bihar named Madhav Jha in the movie, tweeted: "Half day to witness India's new relationship status! #HalfGirlfriend hits theatres tomorrow ."

The film is directed by Mohit Suri.
